Tuesday, 131107. 7pm
reach TP MRT at about 645pm, already I can see some runner stretching on the side. then ST signal me to change by the white house. i took my kits and change.
kops, brief that we will be running to Mount Faber about 10km. start off the run on a faster note, can see everyone is speeding this time. upon reaching MF, we stop for a while and reorg. and steady, we make our way up the slopes.
without knowing what will happen, i reach the top and kops started to brief on the objective of the climb, "we are doing 2 interval tonite of 1km each"
I had never done interval for the past 10 years man. wah.. this is going to be another tough nite :(
as expected, we start off our first interval, where i completed in 6.02mins for the first round.
second round started off fast, once the last runner come back 3 mins later, i finish the second round in 5.50mins
someone in the group mention, that it is more that 1km, about 1.3km.
going back to the start point is the real challanged for me. i slowly runs back, trying to catch up with the group, when everyone in the pack started to pass by me where i am the last runner. wah, this people is really fits leh. CBD run really trains you.
coming back as the last person, we reorg at the start pt, with 2 cup of H2O, i bid good bye to the group and buys dinners for wife.
