only 3rd day and i must have read tons of email. my reviews report still in progress...

my mind is still in hoilday moods, still cannot kick start year 2008.
i am going to disappear a little while for some workout, be back and complete the rest of the reviews. hopfully, after that, my mind can concentrated better.
i have a weak mind.
Thursday menu;
50mins bike
30mins run
10min stretch
result;
a 50mins bike on random hill selection, comfortable thru-out the ride, don`t have the feeling like last weeks, tired and jelly leg. Average speed 25km-30km. distance 26km
20mins run, cut short on my run but increase the speed average 6.5-5.45 pace, was enjoying the IM USA they are showing on the TV.
not much ppl today, maybe is due to afternoon. maybe i should come more offen during lunch time. see how it goes.
stretching, did not really stetch much today, need to go back to work. boss called.
last nite, I was searching for Triathlon training on the web, and come across brick training. It said a good 2 x brick training is enough for a weeks.
duration: 90mins bike and 30mins runs
I am not season enough for such training yet and mentally not prepare. let do 50 + 20 until End Jan... dun wan to rush into it.
swimming... I should start swimming 2 x a week, now i know why that "siao kia" swim early in the morning. am i turning like him???
