50min random hill selection, High Low work out.

a 50mins high low spin, not really a good spin this evening, the leg feels tired in the first 15mins of the ride, was struggling thru the high spins period at caleance of 100- 120rpm.
Low spin period isn`t easy as well. 75-85 rpm. maybe is the hill run last night, got to slow down on my spin this week, in tune to the GE events on Sunday.

no much thoughts of this events, according to the experts, it should be fun, lots of hill up and down slopes time to complete 3hr 30mins. most said it is achieveable.
most i spoke with only remember the makans :P that comes with it, as for the runs, it starts very early in the morning, meaning no lights starting out. start out hills, rolling hills all the way.
well, I am looking forwards to the KL makan, although, i can`t eat as much as i use to, but i still enjoy the food. advice from "someone" dun eat too much, remember, you still got a race on sunday.
