after 2 days of waking up at 4am for hill run and 60km ride, I decided that i will take a break today... hehe, aiyo, cannot always tekan your body like this, if not, it will not listen to you when you need it most. :P

anyway, got to wash my car, finally after a few days of raining. internal is clean, external clean also. tomr i will sent my car to do some inspection before the "move out" to KL on friday night.

list of thing to inspect:

1. tyres
2. brakes (might have to change) done
3. head light (time to change) done
4. fog light (time to change) done
5. wiper (time to change) done
