the run session is damn "chuan" starter off the speed at 6min paces, after 3mins, 5.45 paces and 5.30 paces until i get to 2km.
wanted to do more run today, but the breathing seem a little off and the leg is seem a little weak. aiya... maybe just weak mind, anyway, just stretched and go back to ofc for some photo shoot for the 50 anniverary thingy. aiyo. sianz...
got back to ofc, boss say that did i know i have to take the shoot in the morning? i dun know leh, i thought my shoot is after 3? hmmm... seem like someone not very happy.
seem like recently i got abrasion on N***ple very quickly. normally even after a long run, i dun have.
Now even spin and run, i kenna. it is my workout shirt? sianz...
