Today, supposingly wanting to do a MR10km, but the body just din want to wake up when the alarm went off, slack. hehe
decided to went over to the gym in the afternoon instead some bike and run.

felt really tired during today session, after 15mins, already wanting to give up liao. but i am glad i stay on. a pool of sweat found on the bike.. aiyo

distance: 2.4km
went into the treadmill straight after the bike session. start off with a slow one and try to pick up the pace, but unable to, so i decided just to complete the run. went the session with a good stretch, steam room and bath.
time for CNY eve makan!
