went to Changi Coast Road and clocked some bike time this morning, while reaching CP C4, Tao sms me said she will be late. So i carried on without her.
start out the bike at 5.30am, only 10mins in the ride, it suddenly rain and cold wind blows. I quickly seek cover at a near by toilet. there is already alot of ppl there with the same purpose. then a group of school children join in. waiting for only 10mins, the rain become small, I decided to carry on the ride.
Target this morning is 1 loops at Changi Coast Road and back to start point.
distance: 28km.
finish time: 1 hr 20mins
average speed: 20km/hr
strong leg thru-out the ride and good breathing. expecting a bit chuan from last nite 2km swim, but surpising there is not fatigue today. good session.
went to support the Biathlon today, wanted to find some familiar face, but can only see Sotong, jodan and alvin, wheres the others? find something weird in the transition point, how come the allow "others" to enter? what if the belonging got lost? who will be responsible? hopfully there is nothing lost there!
this is the first time I am seeing a biathlon race in Singapore, I took note of the swim course, notices that some of the particpant got out of course, LT mention that they might be doing more the 1.5km swim. so best is swim a bit, head up and see where you are going. run leg seem ok, nothing much.
