Tonite, went to the gym at 520pm. decided to clock a 50mins spin before going over for the 5 x 40 storey sets climb at TPY.

leg felt strong thru out the bike time. breathing is back, good and smooth. good session. went over to TPY for my climb.

storey: 200 storey
start out the slow and relax, quick step up the stairs. panting all the way. but manage to complete my first 200 floor. felt good after the session. my buddy today slack... doing slow and relax also. haha, maybe she need someone to pressure her.
gota lobang for cervelo dual for $1500. first look at the bike, it look quite good, din find any scatches, Ultegra group sets. size 51. should i get it? who can i ask to help? hmm... thinking...
