Stair Training 200 Floors

7pm, met up with Tao for some stair training at TPY. feeling good and good form, we decided to do 5 X 40 floors tonite.

going up the stairs is kind of good training for the tights, but not good for the knees. i remind myself to have small steps, take one at a time. keeping the breathing strong and fast caleance, we complete the first sets easily under 7mins.

2nd and 3rd sets finish off fast and 4th- 5th sets we decided to slow down a bit. good session tonite, mentally, i felt good, not like the last time. I guess some sort of resting is really good for the body and mind.

total time taken: 37mins include some walk and drink break.
HR average: 155

end the night with Teochew Porridge at the coffee shop along the road.
