tonight gang is expectantly small, only a handful gather at the start pt. we proceed at 7pm sharp. the menu tonight was run to zouk and do some stair climbing.
running towards zouk, the gang kept in small package of 3 each. waiting at crucial junction for the rest to catch up. When reached the block of flats, we continue to do the stairs. It was never my favourite work out and having the festive mood tonight, i decided to do only 1 set. keke.
We finished the run and gather back at the starts point, enjoying our drinks and chit chat. after that, I went off to pick up joanne from work and went over to zion road market for supper. life good! :) rain afterwards. hope it will rain the whole night for a good sleep.
