Conditioning

The training these few week was "horrible" I could not find time for anything at all. oh dear, I hope i can make time for bike and run real soon. time is running out.

coming Ultramarathon will be a challenge for me, lack of training, means that cramps would occur easily + mental weak. no choice, it would be a good conditioning run for me and hopfully, this would kick start the trg for eagle.

I need to do at least a 10 to 11 hours run. number of round does not matter, 5- 6 rounds..I need make sure i am fully fuel and drink properly for this. Time to plan for refulling tactics.

2 pcs of bread per round.
1.5 ltr per round

I hope this is enough for refill.
