2nd Day of New Year

Clean up my desk, my lap top, had a nice kopi. reading tons of email. LOL

Wednesday menu:

50min bike
20min tread mill
30min weighs

result;
50min bike this evening, feeling good, i did a random hill selection. burn 300 Calories. problem, it get bored after 20mins of stationary bike. how to fight the boredom?

20min treadmills, start out with 7min/pace for 10mins, lower down to 6.5min/pace for 5 mins and a 5.45min/pace for last 5 mins. leg feel strong after the run, got a little jelly when i starter out, but once into the run, the feeling is gone.

30mins weighs, 3 set of bench press, 3 set of back press, 3 set of situp.

after the work out, I feel good, no tired feeling, i guess, i am have recover from the ultra. see how tomr.
