today before going for my spin, i pick up a copy of "bicycling" at the nearby shop, while browsing thru, the title "60min spin" caught my eye and i bought it.
it instructed some ways of spinning for 60mins, high gear, low speed and low gear, high speed.
1mins of spin, 12 calories burns if you are using the normal way. if you using the HL menthods, 16 calories 1 mins.
result;
60mins spin on random hill selection,
when it is in low gear, i will spin average 100-120 rpm, average 30-35km/hr
when it is in high gear, i will spin average 70-85 rpm, average 35-40km/hr
kinda "siong" for me as this is the first time doing this work out, but time seem pass faster, guess it is the spinning took off most of the time. shag, cannot think.
