Swim Run Day

swim 1.5k
time:35mins

first 500m, not very smooth on the freestyle, a little difficult on the breathing. seem like not moving at all.
second 500m, warm up liao, i felt i am going faster, breathing still not good
third 500m, a little stuggling on the stroke, breathing still bad.
but manage to complete the swim within 35mins. got to brush up on my swimming.

NUS Hills, 12km

meet up with the gang, we starter the run at the guild house. today menu is to warm up the leg for Sunday GE30km. run relax during the early part, breathing ok. reminding myself not to chiong fast. K remind me to slow down, as the rest of the part is all hills.

Powering up the hills we went into kent ridge parks, science park, half of 99 turns, Nuh, Nus. not a bad run, despite i just did a 1.5km swim in the early part, i did not stop and walk during the run part. breathing is good and leg is strong. when coming back, a little dizzling but all is well.
