50mins spin random hill selection
10mins Stretched
did a HL spin today, nothing much to comment, did a good one though.

Distance: 31km
average speed: 32km
Stretched for 10mins, a quick shower and back to office.
I notice, if i spin faster, my calories take up had slow down.
tempted to go disney land.

evening, went over to CBD run, menu is MF 2 rounds.
start off the run easy and relax, knowing the MF slope is not to be reckon with. running up the slope is a little hard for me today, maybe is due to the spin in the afternoon. I continue the 2 loops. remembering short step in the slopes, breathing normally.
First slope, very "chuan" but managed to complete it without stopping. Second slope, I did much better, as my breathing has calm down more, my step is faster when going up the slope.
finish the jounery back with a little faster pace, not bad la.
