Supposingly to make those fat ass of my colleague work hard today, luckily for them, heaven is on their side. I have to abandon the idea again, well next week ba.
so proceed to my own training, I decided to Brick Training today. reached the gym around 630pm. it was already pack. normally i would do my gym in the afternoon, very seldom i train in the evening. changed and went up to the bike station and did a 60mins spins on random selection.

I know i am putting some effort tonite, as my leg get tired during the mid session. breathing is heavy but smooth. good session.

during the run session, i started out slow and relax. as the leg is alittle heavy after the bike. after 5mins, the leg felt better and more comfortable, i decided to pick up the pace. finish the run after 15mins. could have gone further, but decided to slack. haha
after Brick Training, I went up to the weighs station. wah it was very pack. all the station is fill up and there is ppl waiting. no choice, wait till tomr then do la. quickly pack up and went for my dinner at Yoshinoya. long time din eat liao. really nice...
