this evening meet up with tao and chen ping for climb training at TPY center famous 5 x 40 storeys.
first storey, warming up the leg, maintain breathing and HR at <150.>
second storey, chen ping pick up the pace and move ahead, while i follow behind. Tao slack.
finish the sets in 5mins 40sec. HR race up to 170
third and fourth storeys, chen ping still ahead and i am stuggling to keep up the pace. finish about sub 6 mins. HR maintains at 165
fifth storey, I power up the stairs, only being over take by chen ping on the 25th floor. finish about sub 7 mins. HR at 170
total time taken, 35mins include rest and walked break. end of the session with some kinestatics
alternate leg thrust and half squats 20 each at the garden.
