Recovery CBD 11.6km

due to unforeseen in the office, i am late to pick up Tao and ST. only able to reach suntec at 650pm, i picked up the duo and make a fast drive over to TP.

a small group had already gather, we quickly change and starts the run.

time: 715pm.

tonite, we are doing MF 2 x loops, started off the run with good pace, keep the front person in good view. good breathing. upon reaching the foot of MF, Gentle appeared. we gather a while at the bottom, until the last person reached. some of them sounded out that they are only going up the hill and will be going back. i remind them to buddy up, just in case.

running up the hill, the leg is strong, i remind myself not to pace too fast for the uphill, keep the breathing good. tonite, i want to finish the up hill run in good form. reaching the top, the left leg felt a little tired, but overall the body is still in good shape. waited for a while, we continue to loops. the guys started strongly going down hill, too fast for me to catch up. i decided to slow down, keeping in mind a recovery run for me. when reaching the up hill, aeroscan waited for me, i signal to him that i am only doing one loops, call him to continue. he power off fast.

i take my time, with small but quick step, good breathing. i finish the uphill. saw stuck and aeroscan. we waited for a while, when yankee, bbm and xiao di done another loop. going back to the start pt in fast pace, i think we are going at 5.5min pace. while reaching the small bridge, i could not see yankee, i stop and saw him walking. he mention that his back is aching. maybe is his new shoe. we walked and jog back to the startline.

ended at 840pm.

over all, good session, no stress for the body.
