Training log 2

managed to get sometime free time before the afternoon meeting. So quickly make full use and headed to the gym.

bike
distance: 30.5km
time: 50min
average speed: 35km/hr
cadence: 95

after the bike, my right knee hurt a little. but i still proceed to do the run. I notice the my HR is getting lower. probably i am getting the stamina back soon.

Run
distance: 2km
time: 11.55mins

wanted to complete a short run, just to get some brick done. slow at first, as the leg is a little jelly after maintaining 95 rpm for 50mins. a bit tired in the run, maybe is due to the night work i did last nite. but i managed to complete the run in a slight faster pace in the end, I am beginning to get the "feels" back. I am able to open up the stride and push off strongly. Good session.

end the run in a sub 5min paces for 5mins. good sprint works.

going to rest for friday. Saturday, MR 10km, hopefully can get in some swim mileage.
