not much ppl in the gym when i arrived. so went off with the trainer and do a 60mins on the bike. good legs and breathing.

ended off the session with lights weighs, keeping in mind tonite, i have plans for swims. hope i can do it.
maybe is the training in the day, tonite swim seem a little off tracks. not smooth in the strokes, stuggling in breathing. there wasnt a line for me, so most of the time i am either trying to "siamz" a approaching swimmer or stop in the middle.
nevertheless, complete 1500m in 45mins. not too bad.
