tonight turn out is big, at least 20+ ppl. menu is to do MF slopes 3 x loops.
started out the run, i keep it slow and reminded myself to respect the Hill. Staying in the mid pack and keeping the front pack in view, the run is easy.
gather everyone at the foot of MF, we started to power up first slope, many chionged up the slope not knowing what to expect. at the mid of the hill, i could over take a few of them. but keeping in mind, small step and easy run. not to burn out myself before reaching the top.
reached the top, i continue to do the loops without waiting for the others. 3 x loops, each 1.6km. going down the slope, recovering back my breathing and leg. remembering small step and quick cadence when going up. first 2 loops, it was a bit tough for me, but on the final loops, i was able to open up the stride when going up. ( hmm.. a slow warm up?)
manage to complete the whole session and do a slow run back to start pt. good session, i remember it to be tougher :P
