After a marathon of meeting in the office, i dragged my butt to CBD, aiming just to sweat it out. release some stressful moment in the office.
tonight, target was to do 6 loops at the top of FC. Initially, I thought i could finished but after 2nd round on the top, i just could not catch my breath and was panting like mad. I decided to stop. while some finished 6 laps other at least 4.
running back to the starts point, I was feeling much better. keeping it slow and steady, i am quite happy that i could finished the run without stopping. I probably did 10km+ tonight, good enough for me.
