CBD 7.5km

I was able to make my way to CBD after a long thought at office, well I am sure whoever was there tonight after doing the ultra marathon took the same time "thinking" too.. hehe..

This evening, the gang was not big, most of the ultra runners was not here. while the rest started to run, stuck, xiao di, joanna and myself volunteers to be the rear guide. We ran through the zouk route about 8km in total, probably took almost close to an hour to complete the run.

Took some walk breaks in between, lot of chatting and planning for the "Project 2009". I managed to recruited Xiao Di, in my project, now is waiting for T and F to form the team and starts our intensive training after the CNY.
