Weighs Day

my favourite time in the gym is always in the afternoon, lunch time. when everyone is busy queuing up for food, i have the weighs all to myself.

having done 2 days of bike and short runs, today is weigh day. so here goes;

bench press
2 x 12 reps
weighs: 40

2 x 12 reps
weigh: 60

Back press
3 x 15 reps
weigh: 40

machine chest fly
3 x 15 reps
weighs: 35

sit up
60

leg lift
30

finished the session off with a good protein lunch, BBQ chicken. favourite. next time must try the steak.
