1hr 20mins bike time= sore butt

this morning, a bike out session with LT and fennel. meet them at ECP F2 610am. a little over slept, as last nite only slept at 1am.

reached the cp, the couple has already ready for the bike session. took off the bike, off we go for a plan 2 hr ride.

going out of ECP in a bike is actually quite refreshing, as most of the time, i was running. LT starter off fast, as i try to catch up with his pace with my iron horse. where Fennel taking her time warming up. when into the coastal road, LT was already far ahead of me, as i was stuggling with the gears. upon reaching the u turn, fennel catches up and over take me.

first stop, i reach in about 50mins. it is about 15km accordingly to LT, a little stretch and toliet break, we continue back. this time, LT and fennel is already ahead of me, i guess that is how it felt of smelling ppl smoke. hehe

not much happening, except of a sore butt, i continue to cruise thru the coastal road, then someone shouted my name, Burnz.. hmm.. who is that? anyway i shouted back.

another 5km, i finally link up with the couple, as they are waiting for me by the side of the road. we will continue back to start pt said LT. good idea! i thought, my sore butt thought so too!

reach the start pt around 1hr 20mins. clock 30km. not too bad on my iron horse. hmmm.. maybe i should do the Osim triathlon OD distance using this old horse. good for training.

pack up, and went for a well deserve mac donald breakfast, we went home by 10am.

wanting to services the old horse, change road tyres. reach this place at hougang, ask for the price.

$13 for 1.5 inches road tyre each.. hmmm.. ok la, should be this price, ask him to check my gears, he just said it is out of alightment. no problem.

change tyres $33 dollars include a rubber and servicing. ok la.. looking forwards to my next ride. meanwhile, trainer and tread mill
