a holiday run with the pack on a holiday morning, i should have sleep later. reaching the place at 650am, thought i heard it was 7am. hmmm.. someone miscommunicated. aiyo, old liao is it? anyway, caught an interesting sight. a couple in blue. hehe, maybe not longer a secret liao. i am always losing out in this kind of news.
the run starts a little tough for me, as the slight slope, seem like conquering a steep one. i think the work out precious night really taken a little out of me; but once we reorg at the toliet, i feel better.
while running towards the first slope, i heard, cyclist behind, turn around and i slips, cut my left finger. a good run, after i had warm up enough. decided to continue another 5km after exist out of the trail road, a really nice run up the slopes, with rain pouring. i loved it!
have to leave off and buy makan for sweetheart, as she is not feeling well. so no choice loh, have to miss favourite red star. next time ba.
