it must have been a long time since i run MR. reached the familiar place, meet up with familiar faces, we starter off the run into the forest.
in the first 4km run, we managed to reached 24mins. not bad timing for first time in so long. powering up the familiar slopes, oh, how i miss these slopes. hahaha.
reaching the toilet for a tactical breaks, i continue into the aircon road and decided to u turn and make way back to the start point via ranger station.
reached the start point. 2hr 15mins. 17,5km not a bad run.
strong legs, good breathing thru-out the run.
time for more MR before the Ultra
