after dinner at in-laws place,
i decided to go for a run once i reached home. changed and off i go.
not really deciding how far i should be covering tonite, i run for the longest distance that i know.
short step, fast cadenance, i am remind myself thru-out the run.
reached pt 4km, look at the watch, 24mins.
reached 9km, 55mins
decided to do a really slow one when i reach the Exxon station.
reached 15km, 1hr 35mins.
no much warming down, i knew i had recover from my flu.
the legs is feeling good. but a little pain come after i had warm down. maybe the after effect from my new running cadenance :P
I feel that I had use less efforts in running and i felt that i had gone faster without losing my breath and the feel of walking minimise thereafter.
i will try this methods of running for a few days. see how it re act to my legs and breathing.
