9 km Run 80meters Climb

it has being sometime since i run in my neighbour, since today i am not planning to do anything more. I decided to break my new kayano in for a 9km run.

started out the run slow, breathing deep, short caleance. 4km into the run, time: 25mins. took a quick drink from the tap, continue into Velocity and back to home. distance 5km.

reached my flat 55mins distance: 9km

while waiting for the lift, I decided to try my first climb up 27 storey. running at first till 15floors, I was panting like hell. keeping in mind, 12more, I continue to run-walk up. reached the 27th floor 4 mins 08 sec. not too bad for my first climb.

it felt comfortable, as i can feels when i am running on the road. I could felt the cushion in the shoe and the stabilty make the run more comfortable. after a 9km run, the right foot heel felt a little tight, but my left foot feel good. let see how it goes on my next try.

singapore Sprint...I think i might want to do the sprint triathlon, just to have the feels of how it going to be like for a actual OD and HIM. I knew I would probably be ready by then, but I dun like surpises, so I guess a sprint event would set my mind prepare for what there to come.

I might.... then again... might not... let sleep on it
