reached the gym at 1130am, got on the bike and starts to do a 60mins session + some weighs.

started out on a average speed of 30km/hr, after 20mins of riding, the leg starter to get tired. maybe due to yesterday session. despite wanting to stop, I continue the session, sweat every where, make a pond on the bike. Good session, good breathing.

dinner tonite with the bosses at Tung Lok, there is only 12 of us to form a table. decided to order the buffet style with some beers and red wine. pui liao.. hai~ :P lucky this only happen once a while, today work out back to sq 1 liao.
