BS + RS

went out for a bike session today at the Gym at 12pm. do my usual routine and time 50mins.

heart rate: 150

I try to stay at a constant pace thru out this session, even at high gear. after the session, the leg felt pretty tired, but breathing is good. wanting to do some weigh, but got a message back to ofc for meeting at 2pm. never mind la, tonite another session on run. heard that tonite is MF. i will remind myself to do a slow one. not killing myself in the process.

Run Session (CBD)

started the run pretty late tonite, "someone" was late. after some briefing, we kick off the run at about 720pm. MF 2 loops. i started the run slow and relax, keeping my own pace. thu-out the run, the leg felt tired and heavy, couldn`t really kick start the engine also. panting.

once into the bottom of MF, my leg felt better and the engine had finally warm up. seeing the other powering up, I remind myself to take it easy, constant pace and no stopping. reached the top, I waited for piglet and Tao, we decided to do only 1 loops. slack la. going down the slope is rather enjoyable. i just let the slope carries me down. powering up, I saw fennel on the way back.

on the way back, Fennel told me running the oppsite side is actually easier, hmm thanks for the tips, I will try it the next round.

ended the session with chatting and some tibits from Japan bought by tao, fennel and LT. thanks for the snack and drinks.
