since the damn army decided to out process me, (aiya, long story) I decided to put in some time on the training bike and treadmills to serve as recovery also.
Bike
hit the bike for 50mins high/low session, starter off slow and pick up the pace when it is in low gears. very good session for me since i was sick before i went to Tokyo. force off some sweats, and recovery my tired legs.

Run
hope over to the treadmill, decided to do a 2km run. starter off slow, remember small steps and fast cadenances. complete the 2km in 13mins. nothing much on the TV.

after the session, felt really good. no more cough and could felt my tight leg had already lossen. Good session.
