CBD14

after a huge lunch this afternoon, tonight CBD run is welcoming run for me. reached the usual meet up point at 650pm. there were already alot of runners there stretching. tonight is a menu. we are running to kallang seafood center and back distance around 14km+

Wearing the Kayano14 I started the first part, relax and easy. warming up the engine when we reached esplande, we pick up ST along the way. when we are out of esplande, the pace started to pick up, so much that there are 2 different groups. I try to follow the front group, at least till i cannot tehan. I guess we are running at about 5.45-6min pace tonight, when reaching the mountbatten bridge, LT signal us to stop at the kallang bridge, where he wait for the other group to catch up. when reaching the kallang stadium, I slow down a bit but keep the front group in sight.

Rest for a while, the other group arrival, LT brief us again and set off when terence and fennel reached. they slack :P I continue to follow the front pack, when I suddenly lost them when i reached the mountbatten. how come they are so fast? hmmm... I can only see imd wife and ronnie binking light. I continue to follow them, keeping my leg in short caleance and fast, a bit panting now. but leg is strong. keeping them all the way in view, until i reached Raffles place, where they stop at a traffic light, I power up since my leg is still strong. I over took yuewah, giving her mine million dollar smile and catches up ronnie along the way. while i continue to power to the ending point.

good breathing thru out the run and leg is still strong. maybe is becos, i din do my spin today. anyway... thanks Tao for the ice cream and thanks LT for the drinks. where we are enjoying the drink, we notice that we are still missing one, Steve! waitin for a while he walk back, where he ponchet while running back at mountbatten.. this is his first time running with us, I hope we dun scare him. good session tonite.

hmm.. when going back, I saw "something".. "we" decided to kidnap it and demand for Ransom.. you just need to wait for the ransom call, when we decide what we want. muhahahahhahaa.. this is going to be fun! :P
