after last night run, my leg is a little tight today. decided to do some recovery at the training bike in gym

din know i am going fast today, as i just spin as usual when low gear, but i try to keep the same pace when the gear hit high. felt a little chuan, but the leg is felt strong. i love it.. good session. hope to continue such session until my HIM is near. pray!!
