March Rain

have you notice that this march is actually a raining more than usual? normally, it should be a dry session cum training session. but I guess the rain really screw up most of our training plans, today is suppose to be swim and run day for me.

well, i guess the rain whole day, really make the weak mind say stay home, relax away. anyway, we are suppose to have starter our training runs for those fat ass in the company, due to raining for the past weeks, we havent starter yet. aiyo, this is no good! hoping that wednesday is a good weather and we can kick off the run for the fat ass as soon.

2 night ago, I had our usual dinner with my in-laws. went to a place called "WO PENG" some where near mazda carshow room. first look at the resturant, it looks new. Seem like a newly renovated and just took over shop. went in and asked for our table since we had already booked thru telephone. seat down, looked thru the menu, hmm nothing much, normal leh. place our order after some recommendation from one and only waiter cum manager cum captain? while the others just keep the plate and carry dish to the table.

waited each dish for 30mins, while we grup down everything within minutes when it arrival. someone in the table commented that it is worst than wedding dinner. eaching dish come about 15mins interval. wah lao, only one chef mah?? the dish come one by one and by the time we had finish our meal, already 1hr +.

Payment; asked for the bills, while the empty dish is being kept prompty, as well as the bill came very fast. hmm.. how come "this" so efficent? bill came, cost $160 dollars... WT* 5 dish cost $160?? take a look at the recipt, was surpise to see the fish cost $85! wah.. nothing special about the fish leh(steam red groupa with salted fish normal size) asked how come it is so expensive. the waiter cum manager cum captain then said :" oh, becos, it was from the wild hor, so very expensive loh" hmm.. wild?? then i asked a very silly qns, so what? then she said :" very hard to get mah, come from the sea?" So... i had to ask again. by then, my generous in-law, began to come to her rescue. well, i dun really mind cos i am not the one paying, you see :P anyway. moral of the story, if it is fresh, i dun mind if it come from the someone else backyard. dun give me something that comes from the wild again.

asked me again if you are craving for wild fishes :P LOL
