Brick 50+12

starting out the bike session today, aiming to complete 50mins. leg felt really tired when starting out, maybe is due to yesterday session. the first 15mins seem like forever, where both leg just could not kick start. although, stil able to maintain 90rpm, the leg really felt weak.

after 20mins, finally the leg felt better. warm up and better on the breathing. i could reach 100rpm when in the high gears. HR maintain 120-135 thru-out the session.

Run

straight after the bike, step on the treadmill keeping in mind 12mins of run. aiming to do 2km. keeping up the pace after 3mins until 5mins/paces. finish the run strong with good breathing.

over a good session today, much better than yesterday and the few days before. I notices that recently, the body felt tired easily, the recovery rate is much slower, even though, my breathing is still strong.
I am slowing down the frequency of training until the end of April and then i would start on the sundown training. as yet, i would need to re focus the mind and set the right goals 2008 when i on hybenating mood. anyway, i had sign up the sprint series on the 3 events, got to get myself some exprience and slowly build up on OD till HIM on 7th of Sept. wish me good luck!
