Recovery Swim

reached pool already 745pm, initially hope to do at least 30 laps tonite.

when went into the pool. put on my goggles, kick off, i felt the shin pain is back. oh no... stuggling in the first lap when reached the other end. i stop and stretched. ok, tonite, it is going to be a relax one.

on the lap back, the shoulder and back started to hurt as well. omg, what is happening? reached the other end, 100m. already think of coming out of the pool. haha.. must be those days that the body tell you to stop!

stop for a min, the pain subsied. i continue to the for another lap, i knew i cant do the 30laps i wished to do at first. therefore, i am looking out for my style and stroke on my front crawl. on the 4th laps, i begin to felt cramps on the right foot. haha... it would comes any time. i stop just in time before i reached the middle pool, change to breast stroke, i finished the lap

rest for another mins, i went continue to do laps again. this time, I seem to forget about my shin pains and shoulder, maybe warm up liao. but keeping in mind of the cramps and low moral, i only did 16 laps tonite.

well, it must those training session, where the mind is strong, but the body unable to catch up. hope I would recover in time for the events. keeping my finger cross!
