Coastal Run 24km

This morning coastal run is lead by Too Tao (Joanna), the too family include; too bi (terence), too kua (francis), piglet (chen pig), too buay (heeshen), baby boy too (ronnie), Seo Too (burnz) and CCF (yankee)

Menu for the Too family is to do a 32km, i sounded out that i am only doing 16km. suddenly lots of mix reaction. haha and kenna scolded by the "stand-in" trainer. ok la, i see how i feel on the way when reached the 8km marks. (fire station)

started the run, the weather again is hot and humid, zero wind this morning. reached the first pit stop at the last toilet, we are already cover with sweat. continue into the road. when reached the coastal road, i continue in faster pace, trying to get some wind. CCF ran together with me. i guess we must have been pacing at sub 6mins pace, reaching the start of the green fence, we stop again to reorg.

once regroup, CCF and myself continue the pace and chiong ahead. pacing at sub 6 min, baby too boy catching up. we continue into the coastal road, the road is long and boring. next pit stop, firestation. when reaching the firestation, I decided to continue to the changi beach toilet. distance 12.5km accompanying Too Kua. I continue the paces with Baby too boy, when CCF, ran with the back pack.

reaching the first toilet, Too Tao, sounded out that she need to rush in quickly. haha.. she interval quite fast. Too kua and myself ran to the u turn pt.

after our break, we walked a while before started to run again. on the way back, saw the gang, while the continue another 2 more km before the u turn, piglet had already run back. we started to run off when reached the open at comfortable pace. had a good chat with Too Kua on his work, seeing him losing the pace, i suggested a rest at the shelter near the firestation. when reaching the shelter, i saw piglet in front about 300m away. i told too kua, i am chasing her. i keep up my pace, finally catches up with her, while make a pit stop, waiting for TK. pass him a drink, we continued. finally reached the green fence, another pit stop, we turn left and continue back to the first toilet at ECP. along the way, meet aeroscan, roonz, kayano doing their own training.

finally, reached the start pt at 840am

the rest did came back and did a little more to make 30km. what a hot day.

after bath, went off to old airport for breakfast. good easy run today. Tomorrow is going to be another hot and humid one. siao liao.
