5 days after the sundown marathon, I finally ended up at MR for my Recovery Run, Part of the Training plans i had.
started out the run slow and relax, in mind only want to keep the legs moving and sweat a bit. and not wanting to tired out myself. Running into familiar route we know, leaded by piglet. she powered away fast leaving us behind.
out of the first 4km, time: 26mins.
we ran to the rangers station for a drink and continue our way back to the start pt. wanted to slack a bit when running back, but Joanna kept pushing me to run, so no choice have to run. but in the end, ended up i am running alone and they are slacking behind. *angry* next time make sure she runs with me!
the speed coming back is not fast, but comfortable. took a few pt stop, finally reached the start pt.
Distance: 10,5km
Time: 1hr 10mins
easy and good recovery run, tomorrow recovery bike.
