Training Log 4

the body is aching due to yesterday worked out. but still went to the gym and do a bike session and some lights weighs

after 15mins, the leg still unable to warm up. neverthless, completed the session and bring out good sweats

the result from the weighs yesterday really can feel "it" aching! good session

red cliff

went to the movie tonite, really enjoyed the movie. since young, i had enjoyed the game and now it followed the history closely. knowingly some of the history helps in understanding the plot. looking forwads to part 2.
