After last nite sumptuous dinner, today not eating :P
well it is a vicious cycle, you eat, then you have to work out. no doubts about it.

maybe is due to yesterday makaning session, the body had recover from the training. started out feeling good and strong. able to maintain 95 and above even on the highest level.

nothing much about the run, just keep my leg warm and runs on fast cadence. a bit dizzy after the run, dun know why.

good work out today, dun feel any pain and no soreness yet.
anyway, today will be my last day in bugis California. so went to the steam room and sauna for 10mins each. no one in the room, able to get some more sweats off the body.
it was 2 years ago when i joined this gym and also my first "high class" gym membership i ever had. I really enjoyed the worked out here, make friends with the PT here. where i benefited a lot from them on training and weighs lifting, although, there were something i wasn't keen of and had some bad experience, I am still Glad it does not gave me a very bad impression about these "high class Gym" and their sauna bath room :S
looking forwards to the new gym place.
