Revisits MR20km

this morning, the group is big. LT, joanna, stuck, too kua, too buay, piglet, piglet`friends, batx, yankee, terence and myself.

it must have been months when that i had run the MR Slopes. we started out the first laps, keep it slow and steady. keeping myself in the mid of the pack, i continued the pace behind fennel, but lost her in the mid of the run. reached the first laps time around 23mins. a bit too fast.

decided not to wait, i took a walk and started running once i hit the ever famous slopes. remembering how to tackle the slope, small step and quick cadence, mid foot strikes. finally complete the slope, feeling easy. how come, i remember it to be tougher :)

continue to the golf range and stop over at the toilet for a quick break. we started to run to the aircon road and turn left to piece reservoir gate. took another break at the toilet, reorged and took a short walked to the golf course and started to run again once hit the tamac road.

the gang decided to run to the rifle range, but i am only doing 20km, running straight and turn right towards the ranger station. I did not stop at the ranger station and i continued to run. complete the run reaching the start point. time: 2hr 30mins.

good session, strong legs and good breathing.
