Weighs

today, went to the new gym and check it out.

too many ppl in the gym, pack like sardine. wanted to do some time on the bike trainer. but notice that the only one that left, got a spoilt seats, no choice only do 10mins as warm up. sigh~ how come such a new gym got spoilt seat... hai~

went around, all the free weighs is taken up. notice a free bench and start to do some bench press with dumb bell 3 x 15sets

saw the bench press, quickly went over and took the place. 3 x 15 sets of bench press.

after the bench press, went over to the leg press machine and did a 2 x 15.

ended the session with a 4 x 12 sets back press.

tired. not too bad a session. probably will only come in lunch time, hopfully less ppl around.
