A Rain Dance

This morning, after the Toos council meeting by the side of the female toliet. 6 brave souls had decided and proceeds to battle the "rain demon" even though, our leader of "no wet weather, only weak mind" decides to take a break on a cool rainy morning.

first 4km of the terrain was the most difficult part, as we are still trying to keep our shoe and sock dry eventhough; the body was already drenched. After a few steps into the run, we give up the idea and enjoyed it. Our first stop was the hut before the opening, as the rain had suddenly poured more on us. after 10mins, we proceed to the ranger station for a pee break and continue to rifle range route. aiming to do only up to the first sights of the ammo dump. before reaching the ammo dump, one suggested to proceed to do a adventure right turn, which turns out to be a dead end after probably 1+ km around the camp fence.

We did another stop over at the ammo dump, where these brave souls decided to do more and ran up the hills and down the slope. Even complete the ""durian loop". Actually, i was hopping to pick up some myself.

On the way, running back, saw some angmo with Gps and camera. they are also enjoying the rain. we continue back to the ammo dump. but this time, we decided to turn right, instead of completing the whole loop. finally we defeated the demon in about 3hours and 30mins, 25km? well, whose counting it anyway. A good base training session for me today.

redstars dim sum. ha, yes.. it had been sometime we been to this restaurant for our favourite dim sum. this also a post celebration for our power runner "fennel" birthday. we were joined by our leader during the brunch. I guess, no wet weather can stop him for this :P

lots of laughter and chat ending off a wet Saturday morning.
