Warming up swim

This morning went to the site and check in our bikes, while, parking, we are figuring out how the whole race goes. how the bike out/in and how the run is going. a bit confuse as there wasn't much signage yet.

well, tomorrow we will just follow the leaders. anyway, the site today is like a branded bike show case, many good looking bikes with zipps. aero helmet is a common usage. it would be nice to over take some of those aero helmet with zipps wheels. hehe.

in the afternoon, went over to suntec and collect the KPE 10km t shirts and got some drinks before going back home.

went off to the pools to do some drills on the swim. aims to warm up the shoulders, get the tactics right and some stretching as well. Only did a 1000m with mix drills and 200m for cooling down. I noticed that i could pulled better and easier when i pulled really close to the body. The shoulder dun feel the strained and when i pulled closed the body, the resistance is lesser. best part is the speed is as fast.

I will try this style tomorrow :) hope to do better on the swim.
