ECP 24km

finally i broke my 20km per LSD run.

this morning, the gang consisted of Tao, Fennel, Terence, Regina, Yan Ling, Stuck, Buay and myself.

started out the run, I was dragging back with buay, while the rest just chionged ahead. running real slow and chatted along the way. minding myself of my knee cap, keeping the breathing good. warming up the body.

keeping the gang in view, we try to keep them in 50m distance. while running into the coastal route, the gang is so far ahead of us, that we could not see them. they are really fast this morning. we decided not to chiong and just keep to our pace.

finally reached the fire station, the gang is already gone. we took a drink and continued. Reached the 12km marks, we took a drink and continue back. Tao joined us and continue back to the start points. run and stop in the mist of the run, we finally stop at the green fence. waited for most of the gang to pass by, we followed Yan Ling and Regina back to the start point. Tao had stitches on the way and we walked the rest of the way back to start.
