Injuires

Don`t know what is the reason, I have pain on both my inner knee cap and pain on my right ankle.

the knee cap pain when i exert pressures on it, but not sure if it would felt pain if i run.

as for the ankle, i felt pain just by moving it, walking is a hassle now.

well, if it carries on to my reservists, i dun mind actually..
