We managed to start tonight run at 630pm, aim is to start from B1 till the yatch club. about 16km. started out the run, keeping the pace easy. as the weather is good, the leg is fresh after the skip run yesterday.
first stop at the nike point, all of us still look fresh and leg is light. I deliberately took a walk break for them, after 5mins walked, we continued along the road towards the seafood restaurant toilet for another quick break and carry on again to F2, i signalled to carry on to the yatch club without stopping.
Reached the u turn point, at about 55mins include break, we continued back to the starts pt. While reaching the F2 CP, I signalled to take a walk break as could see the gang pace had slow down. Continued to the toilet at seafood again for another break. at this time, two of them shows tiredness in their face. I decided to take another walked break for them again, while keeping them close, aiming to finish the whole run together plus keeping the moral high.
We finally completed the 16km run in less than 2 hours included many walk break, anyway, a Good run in a cooling weather. good based training for me.
