Be Prepared

Be Prepared, A Scout Motto

Saturday;
distance: 28km
time: 3hour 18mins
thanks for my 2 running buddies for the accompany for this few weeks of running, especially in these wee hours where they could have being sleeping.

Leg was strong thru-out the run, at some point, we were running at 5mins/km pace. comfortably, we finished strong. when the event is over, drinks at the ECP, my treat! and yes, include these "fried stuffs"

This is the time of my favourite part of the training. Eating! yes enough said.

have being almost 5-6 months of bike, run, less the swim. I am finally approaching the final week before the race. unlike the other race i had done in the past, this will probably mark the longest distance and time on the road.

Physically or Mentally
not so sure, but i think i am faster in term of pace, probably better endurance, but am i ready? no one can tell. Mentally wise, at this point of time, I just wish i had no sign up for this! yes, i am not ready mentally. no ready to give up either!

a fellow friend is contemplating about signing up for IMWA, also his first IM. I just happened to give some advise here and there, but how do we really know if we are really prepared for this kind of time and distance. nobody can tell.

there is always a jitters when it was the first race, i remembered the first time i took the distance fo 42 and then 52, finally a 84. there was always this fear of no able to complete it. in the end, i still managed to pulled thru.

then it was TNF100, it still linger in the back of the mind for no able to complete it. it scare me that i am actually capable of "giving up" like that, something very unlike of me.

I am hopping i won`t give up like what i did in TNF.
