unleashed

how do you really know if you had maximise your run, swim, or bike? this evening during the CBD run, I notice that there are many improved runner, from at least my past memory of them.

but for some of us, we are like degrading, losing steams or just could not get the engine up. The breathing was terrible, leg was not pushing and the body just could not take the pace. it was not only me.

are we tired? or just the day work? many possible answer, but i am guessing the body and mind was not motivated. yes, motivation, come in many form. like running beside a friend, running away from someone, a sudden chase or a sudden "inspiration"

it just unleashed something inside us, like a additional fuel or power, that give us a boost.

I guessed to unleash the inner power or output in those legs to pace faster, better landing and push for better stride. we have to understand and know what motivate us, a complex understanding of such theory, only ways is to discover and enlightment before the next run.
